Bangkok Synthetics Co., Ltd. (BST) has reaffirmed its commitment to community well-being by hosting its "Mobile Medical Unit Project" for the 13th consecutive year, providing free health screening services to residents in Map Ta Phut Municipality. Partnering with the Bureau of Public Health and Environment of Map Ta Phut Municipality, the proactive health initiative runs from August 3–26, 2026, between 08:00 AM and 02:30 PM.
The official opening ceremony took place on August 3, 2026, at the Noen Payom Public Health Service Center (Building M) in Map Ta Phut Subdistrict, Mueang Rayong District, Rayong Province. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Thawil Photibuathong, Mayor of Map Ta Phut Municipality, alongside Mr. Sunthorn Prasopchingchana, Managing Director of Bangkok Synthetics Co., Ltd., who shared the objectives of the event. The atmosphere was warm and well-supported by government agencies, the private sector, and volunteers dedicated to serving the community.
This year's mobile medical service offers comprehensive health screenings tailored for all age groups, including vision assessments with complimentary reading glasses for senior citizens, thyroid ultrasound screenings with no limit on capacity and immediate on-site results, glaucoma and cataract screenings for individuals aged 40 and above or those in high-risk groups, and diabetes screenings for individuals aged 35 and above.
This initiative is a core component of BST's CSR strategy, aiming to promote good health, enhance access to convenient and thorough healthcare services, and ease financial burdens for local households. Since its inception in 2013, the Mobile Medical Unit Project has served over 16,000 residents across seven public health service centers within Map Ta Phut Municipality.
BST remains fully committed to ensuring that the Mobile Medical Unit serves as a high-value healthcare option for the community, and plans to continue hosting such meaningful initiatives to foster a healthy, sustainable society.
